Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a plant fiber composite cable protective pipe sleeve comprising, from the inside to the outside, a base layer sleeve pipe (1), and thermal insulation layer (2), and an enhancing layer (3). The protective pipe sleeve provided by the utility model adopts a multilayer structure. A plant fiber layer is adopted as the thermal insulation layer, such that uniformly distributed fine micro-pores are formed on the wall of the cable protective pipe sleeve. Temperature balance can be adjusted automatically, and thermal insulation and cold prevention effects are achieved. Also, the weight of the entire cable protective pipe sleeve is reduced, such that product manufacturing, transportation, and assembly are convenient.
