Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a workpiece transferring device which is used for transferring a workpiece to a machine tool. The workpiece transferring device comprises a bearing platform, a mechanical arm, a mechanical arm driving device, an outputting platform and multidirection transferring lifting platforms. The bearing platform is used for corresponding to a feed port of the machine tool, and a transmission component for transferring the workpiece is placed on the bearing platform. The mechanical arm is used for taking and placing the workpiece borne on the bearing platform. The mechanical arm driving device is used for driving the mechanical arm to reciprocate between the bearing platform and the machine tool. The outputting platform is used for outputting the workpiece. The multidirection transferring lifting platforms are arranged in the transmission direction of the transmission component, the multidirection transferring lifting platform at the first position is connected with the bearing platform, the
