Zusammenfassung:	A distributing and metering device for a coal admixing device comprises a belt conveyor, a sensor (2) and a controller. The belt conveyor is arranged on an output end port of a feed bin, used for conveying coal and provided with a conveying belt (3), the sensor is arranged on the belt conveyor and is connected with the conveying belt (3) in a contacting manner, the controller controls the rotating speed of the belt conveyor according to a signal outputted by the sensor (2), and the coal admixing proportion is ensured by metering the weight of the belt conveyor and is no longer ensured according to the volume of the coal or the coal conveying speed, so that accuracy of the coal admixing proportion is high.
