The tooth-dividing processor can perform tooth-dividing processing for band saw blade materials with high accuracy and comprises pairwise tooth-dividing pressing tools arranged on two sides of the thickness direction of the band saw blade materials, a clamping and guiding part arranged below the tooth-dividing pressing tools and having a clamping function of pressing side surfaces of the band saw blade materials and a guiding function of guiding the side surfaces of the band saw blade materials, and a back surface supporting table arranged below a clamping gasket where the clamping and guiding part is contacted with the band saw blade materials and supporting the back surfaces of the band saw blade materials. The clamping and guiding part is of a structure which presses the side surfaces of the band saw blade materials when the tooth-dividing pressing tools perform pressing and curving processing for tooth tip portions of the band saw
