A disc-shaped lower template is disposed at an upper plane of the lower die support. The upper plane of the lower template is provided with the cylindrical tank body inner lining die. The upper plane of the tank body is provided with the guiding hole. The size of the guiding hole is equal to that of the interior diameter of the pressure tank opening. The upper template is provided with the cylindrical straight edge pressing die. The lower plane of the straight edge pressing die is provided with the guiding boss which cooperates with the guiding hole.
