Zusammenfassung:	An omurice comprises a column-shaped content accumulation layer piled by a majority of rice, an inverted cylindrical egg crepe fried by beaten egg and a surface layer uniformly coating on the surface of foregoing content accumulation layer to form a cake-shaped appearance to prevent contents falling out. The utility model includes forming a bilayer with the outer layer covering on the surface layer, charging rice into the cylindrical surface layer to be tight pressed, pouring the whole tube to obtain the omurice with bilayer egg crepe structure for rice to be firmly contained in the inner surface layer of egg crepe, which is not easy to drop out to improve the convenience for eating.
