The machine frame is provided with a conveyor belt; a portion of the machine frame, which is arranged at the bilateral sides of the conveyor belt, is provided with a guide rail; the guide rail is provided with a mobile frame; the punching device and the inserting fuse device are respectively connected with the mobile frame to achieve anterior-posterior movement along the guide rail above the conveyor belt; the mobile frame is respectively provided with a downward moving device which is connected with the punching device and the inserting fuse device to achieve punching and inserting fuse processes; the sending fuse device which is fixedly arranged on the machine frame is located on one side close to the inserting fuse device above the conveyor belt; workpiece bobbins whi
