The food heating-forming machine comprises a forming die used for limiting the shape of a food, and a heater used for heating and roasting a food green body in the forming die to solidify and form the food green body, wherein the heater comprises a shell and a heating unit, and the forming die is arranged in the shell and integrally formed with the shell; and the shell comprises a bottom shell provided with an opening at the top end, and a top cover hinged at one side edge of the opening of the bottom shell by virtue of a hinge shaft so as to movably close the opening, and an accommodating cavity used for accommodating the forming die is formed between the bottom shell and the top cover. The food heating-forming machine has the functions of forming and heating, and is capable of increasing good production efficiency.
