Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a wind and water power generating device which comprises a water turbine, a first generator connected with the water turbine, a gear mechanism, a blower, a first booster pump, an air storage tank, a wind turbine and a second generator. The gear mechanism is located between the first generator and the blower and is used for transmitting rotation of the first generator to the blower. The blower, the first booster pump and the air storage tank are connected with the wind turbine in sequence. The second generator is connected with the wind turbine. Compared with the prior art, the wind and water power generating device can reutilize rotation of the first generator, thereby improving generating efficiency.
