The bypass connecting device comprises two flexible cable connecting devices led from the ring main units and a bypass switch disposed between the two flexible cable connecting devices. The two flexible cable connecting device comprises a cable terminal, a flexible cable, and a plug-in fast connector. The cable terminal is formed by a T-shaped sleeve and a cable connecting terminal which can be separated. A cable equipped with the cable connecting terminal can be firstly introduced from the entrance hole of a ring main unit and then the cable is inserted from the bottom port of the vertical pipe portion of the T-shaped sleeve. Therefore, the connection between the cable terminal and the cable sleeve is substantially facilitated.
