After rotating a rotary shaft, a rotary base drives a first conducting strip and a second conducting strip to rotate, enabling the second conducting strip to be separated from a conductive terminal; in a rotating process, a positioning end of the second conducting strip is extruded by a plurality of positioning cambered surfaces, enabling a second spring to store pressure; then, the second spring releases the pressure to a fourth end of the second conducting strip, and the positioning end of the second conducting strip works together with the positioning cambered surfaces again, enabling the positioning end of the second conducting strip to be firmly positioned between the positioning cambered surfaces; and thus, only one contact point needs to be added for each section that is added, saving material cost, and prolonging service life.
