The utility model can adjust the cycle numbers of tempering energization and the spot-welding, the sizes of currents, and the hold time of the spot-welding and the tempering independently. The reliable conversion of a first pulse controlling system for a spot-welder and the second pulse controlling system for spot-welders which is provided with the spot-welding and the tempering is realized by a converting circuit which is provided with a double-position converting switch. The utility model inherits the advantages of the controlling systems of the existing spot-welders, and adds a new function of the point-by-point tempering by the improvement of design.
