In an active rotating mechanism of the high-precision gyroscope, main driving shafts are connected with synchronous tooth-shaped wheels of the main driving shafts respectively through two synchronous tooth-shaped belts, and two shafts which are connected with the synchronous tooth-shaped wheels are respectively connected a driving wheel after penetrating through a body. In a driven pressing mechanism, an actuator pushes a driven wheel at one end of a lever towards the two driving wheels through the lever.
