Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a lighting device comprising a light source module, a shading plate and at least one positioning part, wherein the light source module comprises a first base plate; at least one light source is arranged below the first base plate; the shading plate is arranged under the light source module; the at least one positioning part comprises a first groove and a second groove which are formed in a first direction; the first groove is used for clamping the first base plate; the second groove is used for clamping the shading plate; stopping parts are arranged on the second groove respectively in a second direction; and the two ends, in the first direction, of the shading plate lean against the stopping parts, so that the shading plate forms a convex surface and is arranged below the light source module.
