Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to an observing and sampling device for an aquatic animal larva. The device comprises a white plastic tray and an operation bar, wherein the operation bar comprises an inner sleeve rod and an outer sleeve rod which are connected in a sleeving manner; the inner sleeve rod is sleeved with the outer sleeve rod; the inner sleeve rod is fixedly connected with the outer edge of the white plastic tray; and a locking device is arranged at the front end of the outer sleeve rod. The observing and sampling device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, light in weight and easy to carry, can combine observation and sampling and be used at night, and has little stress to the observed aquatic animal larva.
