The cable supporting mechanisms are arranged on the inner wall of the annular fixing frame in a separate way. When the skinning instrument is in use, an operator grips the annular fixing frame with one hand and uses the other hand to make a cable to be skinned enter the annular fixing frame and further draw the cable to be skinned to pass through the annular fixing frame. The blade arranged on the inner wall of the annular fixing frame then strips the insulating layer of the cable. The operations are very convenient and rapid. Meanwhile, the metal core inside the cable will not be damaged.
