Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a light emitting diode (LED) lamp irradiating at a large angle. The LED lamp irradiating at the large angle comprises a lamp cap, a driver, a heat dissipator, a light emitting diode (LED) light source assembly and an outer cover. An annular flange for refracting light rays to lateral sides of the outer cover is formed inside the outer cover. The annular flange can refract the light rays to the lateral sides of the outer cover, so that irradiating angle of the whole LED lamp can be increased. Due to the fact that area of a heat dissipating plate is not needed to reduce, a heat dissipating problem does not exist. Besides, by forming an upright and a conical surface on the upright, the light rays transmitted from an inner ring cover can be reflected, and then a role of making up the light rays in the center of the outer cover can be played, so that on the basis of ensuring irradiating at the large angle, evenness of luminance is ensured.
