Zusammenfassung:	A light emitting diode (LED) lighting device comprises a lamp holder, an illuminating unit arranged on the lamp holder, and a lamp shade arranged on the lamp holder and covering the illuminating unit, wherein the illuminating unit comprises at least one LED element, the lamp shade comprises a connection part, a refraction part extending towards the direction of the lamp holder from the connection part, and a concave part connected with the refraction part and concave towards the direction of the connection part, a confined space is enclosed and defined by the connection part, the refraction part and the concave part together, an accommodating space is defined by matching of the refraction part, the concave part and the lamp holder, and the LED element is arranged in the accommodating space. Therefore, light rays emitted by the LED element can be centralized towards a certain direction through the refraction part of the lamp shade, and further the effect of centralization of the light rays is achieved.
