The LED illuminating unit is arranged in the light-guiding light-permeable body in an embedded mode. A plurality of cooling fins are arranged on the outer surface of the lamp holder. Moreover, a plurality of cooling holes are formed in each cooling fin. The high-power LED energy-saving bulb is simple in structure, energy-saving and soft in light emitting and good in heat dissipation effect.
