The semi-steel bifid mould comprises an aluminium pattern block and a matched mould sleeve, wherein the aluminium pattern block is provided with an air hole sleeve and an exhaust line; the air hole sleeve is communicated with an aluminium pattern block hole; the aluminium pattern block hole is communicated with a mould sleeve hole; the mould sleeve hole is communicated with a radial air hole collection line; and the radial air hole collection line is communicated with a surrounding air hole collection line.
