Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a cold storage condensing heat recovery system which comprises a circulation loop, a condensing heat recovery heat exchanger and a hot water storage tank, wherein the circulation loop comprises a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator which are sequentially connected in an end-to-end manner. A pipeline is parallelly connected between the compressor and the condenser through two tee valves and is communicated with an air inlet and an air outlet arranged on the condensing heat recovery heat exchanger, a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on the condensing heat recovery heat exchanger, the water inlet of the condensing heat recovery heat exchanger is connected on a forced convector radiator arranged in an air thawing room or a heating unit through a hot water circulating pump, and the water outlet of the condensing heat recovery heat exchanger is connected on the forced convector radiator through the hot water storage tank.
