Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a file perforating machine which comprises a fixing base, a perforating seat, a perforating cutter and a rotating handle shank. The perforating seat is placed on the fixing base which is provided with binder holes and a perforating cutter fixing hole. The rotating handle shank is installed on the perforating seat in a rotation mode, one end of the rotating handle shank is placed inside the perforating cutter fixing hole, and a worm wheel is arranged at the top end of the rotating handle shank. The perforating cutter comprises a perforating cutter main body which is provided with a perforating needle and a fixing rod with helical teeth, the fixing rod is connected in the perforating cutter fixing hole in movable and inserted modes, a spring is placed at the bottom end of the fixing rod which is arranged in the perforating cutter fixing hole, and a worm and gear structure is formed by meshing of the helical teeth on the fixing rod and the worm wheel which is placed at the top end of
