The device comprises upper computers, a plurality of the industrial cameras, the single chip microcomputer, power supply control chips, USB sockets and a USB to serial port chip. Four IO ports of the single chip microcomputer form control connection with a power supply control pin of the one power supply control chip respectively. Input pins and output pins of the four power supply control chips are connected with a Vcc terminal of one USB socket respectively. A USB jack of the USB socket which is connected with the input pin of the power supply control chip is connected with the each upper computer.
