The automobile back up anti-collision warning device based on the ultrasonic waves comprises a single chip microcomputer, an ultrasonic wave emitting sensor, an ultrasonic wave receiving sensor, a display and a warning device. The ultrasonic wave emitting sensor is connected with a port of the single chip microcomputer through an ultrasonic wave emitting module. The ultrasonic wave receiving sensor is connected with the port of the single chip microcomputer through an ultrasonic wave receiving module. The display and the warning device are respectively connected with two ports of the single chip microcomputer.
