The middle interlayer is provided with a sealing edge and a connecting edge, the sealing edge is arranged at the opening end of the fertilizer packaging bag and divides the opening of the opening end, and the connecting edge is arranged in the fertilizer packaging bag and connected with the packaging barrel and the packaging back cover.
