An idler wheel connected with an oil buffer is disposed on the circuit breaker main shaft. A position-limiting plate is mounted on the circuit breaker main shaft. A position-limiting device equipped with a fastening device is disposed on the position-limiting plate. By the position-limiting plate applied to the circuit breaker main shaft and by adjustment of the position-limiting device on the position-limiting plate, position of the brake-separating state of a circuit breaker is limited. Therefore, characteristic parameters such as electrode separation of the circuit breaker are controlled, and the reliability and security of the circuit breaker are increased.
