The combined deviation-preventing drill stem is used for rapid drilling and deviation prevention of vertical wells of oil in oil and gas field. The combined deviation-preventing drill stem is characterized in that the upper end of a drill bit is connected with a screw drill; the upper end of the screw drill is connected with a lower drill collar; the upper end of the lower drill collar is connected with a drill stabilizer; the upper end of the drill stabilizer is connected with an upper drill collar; and the upper end of the upper drill collar is connected with a drill rod. With the combined deviation-preventing drill stem, deviation prevention, rapid drilling and safe drilling can be effectively realized in drilling of the vertical wells with non-high and non-steep structures.
