A plurality of downward recessed circular pits are arranged on the upper surface of the elongated base body, a left vertical concave hole and a right vertical concave hole are formed at the bottom of each circular pit, the vertical concave holes are big-end-up taper holes, a left end horizontal hole, a right end horizontal hole and N-1 sections of middle horizontal through holes are formed on the lower portion of the base body, N is equal to the number of the circular pits, the left end horizontal hole is communicated with the left vertical concave hole of the circular pit at the left-most end, the right end horizontal hole is communicated with the right vertical concave hole of the circular pit at the right-most end, and the right vertical concave hole of the left circular pit and the left vertical concave hole of the right circular pit are communicated through one section of middle hor
