The device is installed between an upstream pipeline and a downstream pipeline, wherein the upstream pipeline and the downstream pipeline are in a natural gas transportation system and existed pressure differences. The air pressure in the upstream pipeline is larger than the air pressure in the downstream pipeline. A filter separator is connected between the upstream pipeline and downstream pipeline. A heating device and an expanding electric generator are arranged between the filter separator and the downstream pipeline.
