Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a microwave energy-conveying window structure, formed by welding an oxygen-free copper waveguide and a ceramic chip together, wherein the oxygen-free copper waveguide position welded with the ceramic chip is a thin walled cylinder structure; the ceramic chip is arranged inside the thin walled cylinder; the outer wall of the thin walled cylinder is provided with a molybdenum sheet; and the surface of the molybdenum sheet is wound with molybdenum wires. The microwave energy-conveying window structure of the utility model is capable of keeping leakproofness under the atmospheric pressure greater than 2 atms, ensures the vacuum airtightness of the energy-conveying window, and further ensures the performance of the microwave vacuum device.
