The LED illuminant is electrically connected with an outer power supply through the driving circuit. The LED fluorescent lamp further comprises reflection cups, and the reflection cups are arranged at the two ends of the tube. The LED illuminant and the driving circuit are arranged at one end of the tube, and the LED illuminant is arranged inside the reflection cup on a corresponding position. The LED fluorescent lamp is capable of emitting light in 360 degrees, accords with using habits of people, and is wide in application field.
