Mining railway locomotive transmission synchronizer

A mining railway locomotive transmission synchronizer comprises a gear cassette, synchronizing small bevel gears and synchronizing big bevel gears. The four synchronizing small bevel gears are equally arranged around the two big bevel gears and meshed with the synchronizing big bevel gears and arranged into the gear cassette. The central portions of the outer end surfaces of the two synchronizing big bevel gears are respectively connected with wheel nose ends through antitorque shaft end plate. The wheels are arranged on two conical bearings which are arranged on an anti- bending shaft. An assembled loading device which is connected with the synchronizer achieves synchronized operation of all the wheels in an operation of the locomotive. Energy can be saved by 30% and security of operation can be further improved.
