The main points of the technical scheme of the utility model are that, the inner-balance-type liquid-gas phase transition cooling device comprises an evaporator which absorbs heat generated by an electronic element with a liquid coolant and evaporates the coolant into a gas; a heat exchanger which cools the coolant flowing out of the evaporator by heat dissipation and changes the coolant into a liquid at the same time; and an inner balancer arranged inside the heat exchanger and communicated with a gas-liquid channel inside the heat exchanger. Compared with the prior art, the inner-balance-type liquid-gas phase transition cooling device has the following advantages of high heat exchange efficiency, simple structure and low cost; compared with a traditional liquid cooling assembly scheme, the weight is reduced by 30% and the cost is lowered by over 50% based on the same radiation efficiency and the same power. |
