The antitheft screw comprises a screw and a screw head, a groove is arranged on the screw head, and a protrusion is arranged on the side wall of the groove; the antitheft screw driver comprises a clamping block fitted with the groove, and a notch matched with the protrusion is arranged on the clamping block; and the antitheft screw is less easy to drive by a universal tool, strength of the structure and high specificity are guaranteed by the protrusion, the structure is less easy to break, and accordingly antitheft performance is improved.
