The top portion of the lifting jack is provided with the connecting port which is connected with the drilling machine hydraulic pressure station. The drill rod is arranged on the middle position of the base. The drilling tool rod pulling device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to install, and capable of rapidly pulling the drilling rod outwards when the circumstances of drill burying and drill clamping of the drilling tool and the drilling rod appear, and avoiding wastage of a plurality of the drill rods and drilling heads.
