A novel transverse stabilizer bar structure for a passenger car independent suspension comprises a transverse arm and two longitudinal arms at two ends of the transverse arm. At least one fixing clamp assembly for fixing a stabilizer bar on a frame is sleeved on the transverse arm, the two longitudinal arms are provided with bending angles, the tail ends of the two longitudinal arms are respectively connected with a lifting rod, and the other end of the lifting rod is fixedly connected onto the independent suspension. The novel transverse stabilizer bar structure adopts a structure combining the stabilizer bar and the lifting rod, simplifies stabilizer bar structure for the suspension and installation, and solves the problem that work performance of vehicle suspensions and other parts are influenced after the stabilizer bar is added in a limited space.
