The system comprises a dust removing case (3), a splitter plate (6) splitting inlet dusty gas into multiple whiffs are arranged at a gas inlet of the dust removing case, a gas channel (7) is added on the upper portion of the dust removing case, and a plurality of gas outlets (8) are opened on the lower portion of the gas channel; and a whiff of dusty gas split from the splitter plates enters the gas channel (7) and is led out from the plurality of the gas outlets (8). According to the efficient dust-removing and noise-reduction system, the splitter plate splits the inlet dusty gas into multiple whiffs, and the dusty gas is blown towards the dust removing case through the plurality of the gas outlets, accordingly, the air pressure is reduced, the pressure imposed on the dust removing case is reduced correspondingly, and the noise pollution is reduced.
