The welding voltage feedback system comprises a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first resistor, a second resistor, a thermistor, a voltage feedback line from the end of a welding power supply to the end of a wire feeder and the like. The welding voltage feedback system is a novel welding voltage feedback mode in a gas shielded welding machine. In a welding machine control system formed by flat characteristics and constant-speed wire feeding, the data of the welding voltage need to be collected; a given parameter of the welding voltage is refereed; the stability of the welding voltage is ensured by an operation of the control system, and success or failure of the control system is determined according to the condition whether the data of the welding voltage are accurate or not. A feedback point of the welding voltage is arranged at the end of the wire feeder instead of the end of the welding machine. |
