Due to the fact that the dragger tail frame and the tensioner tail frame can be controlled to switch through the one-way throttle valve, the rotate speed is consistent with the prior rotate speed, and a wire can be recycled safely and reliably. When the hydraulic dragger recycles the old wire, the tensioner tail frame is used for recycling the old wire, and the dragger tail frame is used for recycling a dragging rope o
