The lower housing is provided with an inlet channel in the center. The upper portion of the nozzle is in a bent tube shape, and the lower portion of the nozzle is in a straight tube shape. The lower portion of the nozzle is disposed in the stepped mounting hole, and a bearing is disposed between the lower portion of the nozzle and the stepped mounting hole.
