Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an LED package. The LED package comprises an LED, an optical element and an external part, wherein the optical element has a bottom surface provided with a bonding pad; the LED is disposed on and electrically connected to the bonding pad of the bottom surface; the optical element includes opaque particles with hierarchical particle densities and the densities of the particles adjacent to an outlet surface are greater than those of the particles adjacent to the LED; and the external part surrounds the optical element and the LED. Thus, a novel LED device with improved screen contrast ratio and reduced backlight reflection is provided.
