The flanging equipment comprises a lower mold tire and an upper mold tire, wherein the upper mold tire is movably erected above a lower mold through a lifting mechanism and comprises an upper heating mold tire capable of independently lifting, a reshaping mold tire capable of independently lifting and a positioning mold tire capable of independently lifting; the lower mold tire comprises a base and a lower heating and flanging mold tire capable of independently lifting; the lower heating and flanging mold tire is positioned at the middle of the base and corresponds to the upper heating mold tire in position; the lower heating and flanging mold tire comprises a blank pressing part which is protruded downwards and surrounds the outer circumferential edge of the lower heating and flanging mold tire; and a depress is formed in the inner side of the blank pressing part.
