The leakage detecting device consists of two parts, i.e. a docking mechanism and a detecting mechanism, wherein the docking mechanism comprises a flange plate, a piston cylinder, a piston, a base plate and a cover plate; and the detecting mechanism is formed by the means that two sets of infrasonic wave piezoelectric sensors are connected with a piezoelectric detector by a conductive electrode plate between the two sets of infrasonic wave piezoelectric sensors.
