The utility model provides the system for locomotive scheduling and the system comprises a host and an operation display terminal electrically connected with the host. The system for locomotive scheduling is characterized in that the host comprises a 450 MHz function unit, a wired reconnexion voice unit and a control unit, wherein the 450 MHz function unit is used for realizing a conversation function of a 450 MHz simulation channel under control of the control unit; the wired reconnexion voice unit is used for realizing cab conversation on two ends in the same locomotive under control of the control unit; and the operation display terminal is used for receiving operation commands from drivers and sends the correlated operation commands to the control unit.
