Zusammenfassung:	A plastic film forming cooling and blowing device relates to the technical field of plastic film production machinery and comprises a material delivery tank and an extrusion mould head positioned on the front side of the material delivery tank. A material delivery pipe is positioned in the material delivery tank, and a material inlet is arranged on the rear side of the material delivery tank. The plastic film forming cooling and blowing device is characterized in that round ports are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material delivery tank, and fans are positioned in the round ports. Due to the fact that the cooling and blowing device is arranged before the extrusion mould head extrudes plastics out, cooling speed of melting plastics is effectively quickened, cooling is full, loss of equipment is reduced, plastic film quality and performance are improved, and corporate benefits are increased.
