The radiator comprises a sunflower type radiator with a plurality of fins on the periphery, a heating electronic device arranged on the upper end surface of the sunflower type radiator, a synthetic jet actuator arranged on the lower end of the sunflower type radiator, an annular nozzle arranged on a vibration diaphragm end of the synthetic jet actuator; a slit nozzle arranged on the outer side of the annular nozzle and communicated with the annular nozzle by a through hole, wherein the opening of the slit nozzle is towards the fins of the sunflower type radiator; a temperature sensor connected with a control circuit and arranged between the synthetic jet actuator and the sunflower type radiator or on the sunflower type radiator, wherein the control circuit is electrically connected with a vibration source of the vibration diaphragm of the synthetic jet actuator.
