One end of the steam exhaust recycling pipeline is connected with an atmospheric steam exhaust port of the boiler unit, the other end of the steam exhaust recycling pipeline is connected with the heating unit, and a temperature and pressure reducing valve is arranged on the steam exhaust recycling pipeline. By the aid of the energy-saving electric heating system, heat and water of atmospheric steam exhaust of a boiler can be recycled.
