The annular underwater LED illuminating system comprises a power supply module, an annular monochromatic light LED module and a current control module, wherein the power supply module is connected with the current control module; the annular monochromatic light LED module consists of an LED lamp bank and a colorless transparent plastic hose; the LED lamp bank is in an annular structure consisting of white, red, green and blue monochromatic light LED flexible strip lamp bands; the colorless transparent plastic hose is covered outside the LED lamp bank; the current control module can be used for respectively and independently controlling the current to flow towards the white, red, green and blue monochromatic light LED flexible strip lamp bands; and a connected part between a shell of the power supply module and the current control module
