Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an LED illuminating lamp, comprising a bulb formed by a lamp housing and a light-transmitting lampshade, a lampshade inner casing disposed in the bulb, and a light source integration module. The lampshade inner casing is inverted and the lower end surface of the lampshade inner casing is provided with a polygon frustum of a through hole. Each conical surface of the lampshade inner casing is arranged in the light-transmitting lampshade in a distributing manner, and each conical surface of the lampshade inner casing is respectively provided with a light source hole. The lower part of the light-transmitting lampshade is provided with an air inlet corresponding to the lampshade inner casing, and thereby a pneumatic air exchange channel is communicatively formed between the air inlet and an air outlet disposed on the lamp housing. The light source integration module has the same amount as the conical surface in the lampshade inner casing. Each light source integration module is embedded
