A cut tobacco guiding horn mouth of a filter stick forming machine is shaped like a horn, wherein a flange projecting inwards is mounted on the inner wall of the horn mouth; a bevel contact surface is formed at the front end of the flange; an air inlet is formed in the sidewall of one end of the horn mouth in the vicinity of a cut tobacco outlet; an outer jacket is fixed outside the air inlet; an air groove is formed between the outer jacket and the sidewall of the horn mouth; an air inlet is fixedly mounted on the outer jacket; a heating base is further mounted on the side surface of the outer jacket; and a heating wire is mounted in the heating base. With the technical scheme, under the actions of three techniques, namely the flange, the heater and the air inlet, a groove is formed inside the filter top stick through extrusion so that a dense area and a loose area of cut tobacco beams are formed; when such a filter tip stick is connected to a cigarette for use, air permeating through connecting paper and fo
